What this video covers
- The dashboard shows active documents, invited suppliers, submissions and pending responses, with charts of how suppliers have completed each document.
- Onboarding documents live in DocVault, can be created new or copied from a template, and suppliers are invited automatically by category setup or manually from the supplier list.
- Reviewers are notified when a supplier submits, can compare responses across suppliers, chat with the vendor, and export responses to CSV or Excel.
- Each invited supplier is notified in the system and by email, and the invited suppliers view lists every onboarding document a supplier was invited to complete together with its status.
